3 hour Body Combat charity fitness marathon – RogVLOG16

As well as my day job as a marketing guy, I also teach yoga, Body Balance and a martial arts-based exercise to music class called Body Combat.

On Sunday 8 October 2017 I took part in a 3 hour Body Combat charity fitness marathon. And that was after teaching my normal 2 Sunday morning classes.

We had great fun at Drumbrae Leisure Centre in Edinburgh.

Join me for this episode featuring amazing instructors and participants who I can only describe as “hardcore” combaters.

Teaching Body Balance, coffee by the harbour and pilates filming – RogVLOG11

In this Episode come with me to Fisherrow Harbour near Edinburgh.

Join me as I teach two Les Mills Body Balance classes, enjoy a coffee by the gorgeous harbour at Fisherrow, and help one of my fitness instructor buddies film her Pilates assessment video.

Body Balance is an exercise to music class fusing together moves from Tai Chi, Yoga and Pilates into a strength and flexibility workout. Many people think it’s a bit fluffy. Far from it. Body Balance can be tough. See for yourself in the video.
