Who is this Roger bloke, anyway?
Roger’s been helping people with their marketing for over 25 years. He started out in Big Corporate and eventually worked his way up to Marketing Director, heading up some of the biggest brands in UK financial services.
In 2013 Roger decided to leave Big Corporate and set up his own business to help smaller companies to use digital marketing to grow their businesses. When he started out companies had to spend a small fortune on putting together content – for example, a video to promote their businesses. But now it’s much cheaper and easier.
But it can be a mistake to dive right in with video, audio, social media or other digital tactics. You need a strategy first and that’s how Roger helps the companies he works with. Keeping strategy simple. Setting goals. Developing an offer. Setting up marketing activity.
Roger’s also a popular international speaker. He’s taken his talks on “Fighting Complexity in Marketing” and “Engage don’t Enrage customers with your marketing” talks around the UK and Europe. He’s appeared on stage at CMA Live in Edinburgh, Youprenuer Summit in London, Network Marketing in Montenegro, Forum Media in Prague, AllWeb in Macedonia and often appears at corporate conferences in the UK.
